Oil Syndicate

esidents have managed to make good savings on the cost of their heating oil by forming a syndicate within the village. Often the orders placed result in a full or nearly full tanker making one visit to the village. This obviously results in transport cost savings for the oil company which enables them to offer the syndicate a more competitive price for their fuel.
